How registration works

Reservation via the form on this page.
You receive a confirmation by email with the payment details.
Payment by bank transfer in advance within 10 calendar days.
Once payment is received, your booking confirmation serves as your entry document.

Ticket order

Choose your ticket type. The sponsor ticket is available now; regular and social tickets follow from 1 January 2027. Several tickets too, e.g. for companies.

By submitting, you reserve your ticket(s) (pre-order) — this does not yet create a binding purchase. We will then email you the bank transfer details. Your ticket becomes binding and valid only once payment is received; until then the reservation stays open and non-binding, and is released again after 10 calendar days without payment.

Cancellation & transfer

Returns or refunds are not possible. You may, however, pass your ticket on to another person — by naming them via email no later than 7 days before the event.
